The comfortable and stylish shell helps to sweep fumes around the head and away from your work while the X-View cartridge gives you a better picture of the work at hand. Designed by professionals for the real world, the Pro is not only easy to use but also easy to maintain. The front cover opens to allow the quick replacement of the front cover lens, removal of the cartridge and changing of the inner cover lens. An optional magnifying lens or 'cheater lens' also clips easily onto the inside of the cartridge to allow for those who normally wear spectacles or just to provide additional help for those fine detail jobs.
Spacious by Design
With more internal space than most helmets on the market the Pro feels more comfortable and roomier making work a pleasure and long hours spent welding easier. The specially sculpted design helps sweep gasses away from you as you weld and the generous internal space also helps reduce internal condensation and gas build-up and leaves plenty of room for a face mask.

Innovative Z-Slide cartridge designed for ease of maintenance and upgrades.
Servore's new Z-Slide cartridge can be separated into two modules(dealer level service). The upper module contains the electronic controls or ‘brains' while the lower module houses the filter unit. In the event of one part being damaged, broken or failing each part can be replaced independently saving time, money and allowing for ease of upgrading. At Servore we look at the total cost of ownership(TCO) and design our products with value built in.
X-View Filter
The X-View filter cartridge employs special LCD’s and filters to give you a crisp, clean view of your work from almost any angle while special electronic controls deliver a blazingly fast reaction time of only 1/25,000ths of a second. Auto On / Auto Off 'Wear and Weld' Technology
Servore's auto on / auto off technology means there is no need remember to
switch the helmet on, just 'wear and weld'. Safe, convenient and easy to
use the auto lift uses both power from the batteries and the solar cells to
automatically power on and react immediately. Batteries typically last
years and are easily replaced when necessary.

Sensitivity
Servore builds products for the real workplace and we understand that you need control over your equipment because not all environments are the same. Servore offers reliable, incrementally adjustable sensitivity control on most products so that you can ‘tune out' interference from other welders or lighting in the workplace making welding simpler and more comfortable. All part of delivering better protection.
Delay control
Factory programmed delay control controls the speed at which the screen changes from the dark to the light state. Ideal when tack welding or working on processes that hold
high residual heat and light in the weld and helps to eliminate that ‘tired eye’ effect at the end of the day.
Shade control
Like all Servore adjustable shade control systems, the 5000 Pro offers complete control over the dark state when welding and is adjustable from shades 9 to 13.
Low Battery Warning
For even better protection and reliability a low battery warning light signals when batteries need to be replaced. For your convenience we use easily replaceable standard batteries.
